The item I want is out of stock... when will it be available to purchase again?
Ah! We're sorry that we don't have your product readily available for shipping. As we have so many products, there is no specific answer to give, and it would be best to contact us to ask about your product and order specifically, and we can then advise an estimated shipping and delivery date. Usually, we re-stock and turn products around every 4-8 weeks; however delays have been a real issue for the majority of industries over the past 12-months, so please bear with us here.
Can I Pre-Order an out of stock product?
You can indeed! Simply hit the Pre-Order button on the specific product page to continue with payment, and reserve your item. Equally, we can take Pre-Order deposit payments (25% of RRP) over the phone only. Feel free to call us if you would like to arrange this. Be sure to check our Pre-Order Information page here for further details.
You can also use the "Notify Me When Available" button underneath any product if you would rather wait for a re-stock. Simply leave your email, and we'll email you when we re-stock the specific product you have your heart set on.
When will I receive my order?
Most stocked-in products and orders are currently being processed, dispatched and delivered within 2-15 working days. If you are unsure about a delivery time before placing your order, and require the products by a certain date, it's best to give us a call beforehand to avoid disappointment. We always turn products around as fast as we can, but we also do our best to manage expectations!
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (including AMEX), Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received in full.
Can I collect my order?
At present, we only deliver orders directly to you.
How will my delivery be made?

What's the difference between LPG and Mains Gas Fire Pits?
We get asked this one a lot!
LPG stands for 'Liquid Propane Gas', meaning these designs use fuel from a propane gas tank to power the fire. This is our most popular option, as LPG fire pits are fully mobile and can be easily moved - the gas tank will just need to be replaced once it's empty.
Mains Gas (or 'Natural Gas') fire pits on the other hand, need to be connected to your home's gas pipes. This means they essentially have an unlimited gas supply; however they're not as easy to move, and usually require an engineer to install.
