The Ultiflame VR Camber is a hearth mounted inset electric fire that uses innovative technology to create a Virtual flame - Real fire experience through 3-Dimensional visual depth, wide-angle viewing, and realistic flame movements. The deep fuel bed has supremely detailed ceramics that capture the authentic shape and texture of natural logs, placed over a perception of hot crystal embers.

The inset rebate is 70mm and is fitted with a 40mm fixed spacer allowing easy manual control panel access.

How will it take for delivery?
Each product has a different lead time. You will be able to see the delivery time clearly on each of our products pages. Our products come from a range of suppliers so products may arrive at different times.
Standard delivery takes 14 working days if your item is in stock. Check for any specific announcements on certain items to determine stock levels. You can always Contact Us at any point for questions or help with certain orders - we will be happy to help!
Delivery is completely free of charge on all orders to England, Scotland and Wales.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland, and the Highlands are not included and must be quoted for separately, subject to the product(s) you require. Please contact us to help you arrange your delivery.
VIP Delivery - Includes Product Assembly & Packaging Removal
We offer a VIP Delivery service on high-value furniture orders to England & Wales, with a minimum order price of £1,000. This VIP (or White-Glove) service is inclusive of delivery, unpacking, assembly, onsite placement and removal of all waste.
This means you can place your order online (or over the phone) with ease, and not have to worry about the delivery or product set-up either! The VIP Delivery option will be shown at checkout, please ensure you select this option so that we can arrange this service. If your checkout doesn't show this option, please contact us so that we can make the relevant arrangements.
Our VIP Delivery Service is available to residents in Scotland and Northern Ireland at an additional charge (although not guaranteed), but this will need to be requested and quoted for subject to the products required.
The VIP Delivery Service is not applicable non Garden Furniture items.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 14 days after the date of delivery. You must also confirm your wish to cancel in writing via email within this time period. The item must be returned in undamaged, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. We will, in the event of item being damaged on receipt with the customer, at our discretion, re-imburse postage costs to the customer.
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@padioliving.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
