This 'A' rated Rochester stove is suitable for use in Smoke Control Areas, as recommended by DEFRA is a modern-day classic crafted with high-quality castings. The stove door has a curved design and is fitted with a cast-in chrome or Black finished trim. Elegant cast iron components are what make this stove so beautiful, the curved door features a fitted chrome trim. The stovetop is decorative with a cornice bevelled edge design. The base legs are robust and sturdy, and the large viewing window displays lively flames
The Rochester 5 Mk2 Multifuel is an A rated high energy stove that is 81.3% efficient. It has petite proportions that are perfect for small to medium-sized rooms. whilst providing 4.9kWs of substantial heating with high fuel efficiency for your home.
The Rochester 7 Mk2 Multifuel Stove can operate at a maximum heat output of 7kW, with an Energy Efficiency of 78.2% making it ideal for medium to large rooms. Optional Output Reducing Bricks are available to reduce the maximum heat output to 5kW.
This stove benefits from a 10 Year Guarantee and is fully compliant with the Eco design directive exceptional EU standards set to improve the environment by producing highly efficient stoves, that offer clean-burning, with ultra-low emissions.
This stove is rated Energy Class A and is fully approved by the HETAS Cleaner Choice scheme meeting the most stringent emissions criteria achieving a 50% improvement on particulates against currently recognised requirements within UK Smoke Control Areas.
Multifuel stoves have a built-in cast iron raised grate allowing combustion air to flow directly underneath the fuel source resulting in effective and efficient burning. This system allows for easy removal of ash from beneath the grate using a removable ashpan.
To achieve the cleanest burn time with maximum efficiency performance we recommend burning natural hard wood logs, and manufactured approved smokeless fuels. Portway Multifuel stoves can also burn a wide range of other fuels including anthracite, peat briquettes, and other mineral fuels.
